Husky Heating and Air replaced the furnace and air conditioner with a complete new system for a homeowner in Sandy, Utah in the fall of 2026. The photo shows the new Carrier high-efficiency furnace in the basement utility room, with white PVC intake and exhaust venting, the gas connection and the condensate line run to the floor drain. A high-efficiency furnace vents through PVC instead of a metal chimney flue, and its drain has to be piped correctly to work reliably. Equipment brand: Carrier.
