HVAC Service Call in Cottonwood Heights UT 03.24.26

Husky Heating and Air made an HVAC service call for a customer in Cottonwood Heights, Utah in the spring of 2026. The photo shows the furnace in a hallway closet with its metal flue, gas line and PVC condensate drain, and the return-air duct running up the wall beside it. Service calls start with what the customer has noticed, then testing the equipment to confirm the cause. That way the repair fixes the real problem instead of just the symptom. High-efficiency furnaces vent through PVC and produce condensate, so the venting and the drain have to stay clear for the furnace to keep running.
