HVAC Tune-Up #3 in Layton UT 05.04.26

Husky Heating and Air performed a seasonal HVAC tune-up for a customer in Layton, Utah in the spring of 2026. The photo shows a Carrier furnace in a hallway closet with its metal flue, the PVC condensate drain and the gas line connected. Regular maintenance keeps a system running efficiently and helps it last longer. A tune-up checks airflow, electrical connections, refrigerant pressures and the furnace's safety controls, so problems are caught before the busy season. High-efficiency furnaces vent through PVC and produce condensate, so the venting and the drain have to stay clear for the furnace to keep running. Equipment brand: Carrier.
