Swamp Cooler Start-Up in South Salt Lake, UT, April 22, 2026

Husky Heating and Air started up a swamp cooler for a customer in South Salt Lake, Utah in the spring of 2026. The photo shows the inside of the cooler during the spring start-up: the blower wheel, the belt-driven motor and the water pump that feeds the pads, all checked before the cooler is put back into service. A spring start-up gets a swamp cooler ready for the season: the water turned back on, the pads, pump and float checked, the belt and motor inspected, and the cooler tested before hot weather arrives.
